Selamat datang di Program Studi Sarjana Terapan Pengelolaan Perhotelan Udinus.
Dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan industri perhotelan, permintaan akan sumber daya manusia bidang perhotelan yang berkualitas juga turut meningkat. Seperti yang dikutip dan diolah dalam laman BPS, jumlah mahasiswa perhotelan saat ini belum mampu mencukupi permintaan tenaga ahli bidang perhotelan. Lebih lanjut, pertumbuhan jumlah hotel berbintang tiga ke atas yang signifikan juga menuntut perguruan tinggi untuk mengembangkan dan mendirikan program studi bidang perhotelan.
Untuk menghasilkan sumber daya manusia bidang perhotelan yang unggul, Udinus berkomitmen untuk mempersiapkan saran dan prasarana yang unggul. Kurikulum Program Studi Sarjana Terapan Pengelolaan Perhotelan disusun untuk menyesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pasar. Oleh karena itu, kurikulum Program Studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan memiliki lebih banyak beban mata kuliah praktik dibandingkan teori. Selain itu, kompetensi dan pengalaman para dosen di bidang perhotelan akan membantu mahasiswa untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kesiapan kerja mereka. Oleh karena itu, Udinus menyiapkan para dosen bergelar S2 dan S3 serta berbagai praktisi hotel berpengalaman untuk memperkuat jajaran pengajar di Program Studi Sarjana Terapan Pengelolaan Perhotelan.
Udinus yang memiliki banyak kerja sama dengan berbagai institusi dalam dan luar negeri juga menuntut Program Studi Manajemen Perhotelan untuk memiliki hal yang sama. Oleh karena itu, Program Studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan memperkuat barisan kerja samanya dengan berbagai hotel di dalam dan luar negeri serta berbagai universitas dalam dan luar negeri dengan kompetensi perhotelan kelas wahid. Semua usaha ini dilakukan agar para lulusan Program Studi Manajemen Perhotelan dapat memiliki bekal pengalaman dan kompetensi yang besar untuk bersaing di industri perhotelan nasional dan internasional.
Dengan demikian, jangan ragu untuk bergabung bersama Program Studi Sarjana Terapan Pengelolaan Perhotelan. Kami yakin lulusan Program Studi ini tidak hanya mampu bersaing di pasar nasional, namun juga internasional. Ancaman MEA dan tenaga asing yang akan membanjiri Indonesia tidak perlu Anda takuti. Kami siap dan percaya diri untuk menyambut tantangan tersebut, karena Program Studi Pengelolaan Perhotelan merupakan "A Place to Nurture Professionalism"
Menjadi Departemen Manajemen Hotel yang Unggul Berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dan Kewirausahaan
1. Menyelenggarakan pendidikan di bidang pengelolaan perhotelan dengan menjunjung tinggi moralitas, kewirausahaan, dan semangat kebangsaan.
2. Menyelenggarakan penelitian untuk mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan menyelesaikan permasalahan masyarakat di bidang pengelolaan perhotelan.
3. Menyelenggarakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di bidang pengelolaan perhotelan.
4. Menyelenggarakan kerja sama dengan berbagai macam institusi dan dinas yang berhubungan dengan kepariwisataan
